The Grand Strand is the all encompassing name for all the beaches in the Myrtle Beach area. Grand Strand Beaches run from the North Carolina border to Georgetown, SC.

Our apartments are located at 4805 Little River Road, Myrtle Beach in a comfortable residental neighborhood, 5 blocks from the ocean beaches.

The coastal waters of South Carolina are teeming with the seashells of more than 700 different species who live in Grand Strand waters. Some common local shells include whelk, angel wing, ark, pen shell, auger, cockle, slipper shell, jingle, coquina and olive shells. Starfish, sea urchins, and sand dollars also can be found on area beaches.
Another popular pastime is searching for objects from the sea. Fossilized sharks teeth are extremely common and the dark colored teeth are millions of years old. The best times to look for shells and fossils are on an outgoing tide, during a new or full moon, or after a storm.
No matter where you go, the Grand Strand beaches provide a relaxing atmosphere for the entire family.
